	Kevin Reevers I would recommend neither. Android has some pretty neat phones coming out in the summer months and since carriers have pratically abandon it for better phones, and 2.2 is coming (ETA Sept) iPhone 4G (4th Generation) will probably be announced, will be as capable as Android in a sense (Multitask already apart of the OS4) it will just probably have the shorter learning curve. At the end to the day they're both great phones, but each one specializes for different categories. iPhone caters to more of a casual smartphone user, someone who wants the features (internet–like web browser, dedicated email system, etc.) with out the hassle of learning a whole new system of how things work. Android is those who want the ability to control their phone. Both are (or will be) capable of doing the same thing in some capacity, in this part only does Android have the advantage, for their "open" market. Jun 03, 2010
	Bradley Clarke It may come down to personal preference, there will be heated arguments from both sides. I personally chose the Nexus One because it multi-tasks, because I can (and do) have back up batteries (the iphone chose not to have a battery housing to save space on its design), and because of the open source for applications, which will eventually imho eclipse Apple. With Froyo (v2.2 of Android) you will also see the emergence of Adobe Flash capability that will never be realized on an Iphone. Iphone users who say that Iphone touch screen is better, have some research to do. Mine definitely supports pinch zoom and multitouch browsing. The Nexus touch screen is highly responsive and a joy to use. Jun 03, 2010
	Dylan Carlson I have both the N1 with Froyo and iPhone ... the quality of software experience is better on the iPhone. Android has some really nice features like tethering, the ability to swap out core functions with apps on the Market. But multitasking is coming to iPhone soon, and with that there will be a whole new class of apps to compete with the ones in Android Market. For example, one app in Android I love a lot is Locale. iPhone today doesn't offer anything like that because apps don't run in the background. But I'm willing to bet within 1-2 months of OS 4.0 there will be Locale for iPhone or something like it. Now I'd much rather see Android succeed in the marketplace ... I love Apple's stuff but I'm an open-source guy at heart. Honestly the iPhone is functionally better in almost every way. Android is more "tweakable". My crystal ball is not working but I would be surprised if Android closes the gap with the iPhone this year ... in terms of quality of apps and overall quality o... Jun 03, 2010

	Darrell Hughes when you want more storage with an iPhone, what measures do you take? buy a new iPhone. me, i spend $20-$60 for a new REMOVABLE memory card. Oh, need a new battery or a spare? Nexus wins there also. As for 'better software', well my nexus is open source and I have it rooted... methinks i'll just move on to the next OPEN SOURCE rom out there and give her a go. anything the iPhone can do, the nexus can do better. wait, what happens when Apple comes out with newer cooler software? oh, buy a new iPhone. how much is that? a few hundred dollars? Hmmm, I've had my Nexus since February and have the new hot sh*t that just came out a couple weeks ago. Know how much I spent? ZERO, ZIP, NADA. I have a Macbook Pro and I love it beyond all compare, but the Nexus wins hands down. I love Apple and I love Google. Jun 03, 2010
	Eric Divine nexus one is better: Android 2.2 Froyo is available and even before that, its way more customizable than the iphone 3gs. When going into apps on the iphone, it take a few seconds to go in every time.. the nexus does do that!.. u can edit your phone without using itune.. had flash 10.1 for the browser.. 5mp camera with flash.. in the photo gallery you can view all the pictures by opening with a hand gesture while they scroll new feature hard to explain NOTIFICATIONS! push notification on the iphone is horrible.. better battery life with froyo 2.2.. higher screen resolution... swype keyboard can be added... so much more! 	Unir Con The iPhone 4 is out, but Consumer Reports won't recommend it, due to the iPhone grip of death. If you haven't yet been brainwashed by Apple, then get the Nexus One. Or the HTC Evo. Or one of the Samsung Galaxy variants. Jul 13, 2010
